Prescriptions

The practice is accepting new patients. If you live in the post code areas SR6 and NE36 you can register with our practice, pop into reception to collect a registration form. You will then require a new patient health check with our GP assistant to complete your registration.

Repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by using the NHS App or patient access which is available 24/7, requesting at your Local Pharmacy , handing order forms in at reception or by telephone.

If you get regular medicines Electronic Repeat Dispensing may be able to save you time by saving you unnecessary trips or calls to your GP.
